Why Choose EBC Brakes?

With a worldwide workforce of over 400 people, EBC Brakes is an independently owned and managed leader in the brake market — proud of its customers, products, success and people.

EBC produce the largest range of brake pads and discs in the world, with over 60,000 part numbers covering every type of moving vehicle. The vast majority of EBC brake pads and discs are manufactured in one of their two specialist factories in the UK and USA — bucking the modern trend towards cheap imports.

• World-leading range: Over 60,000 part numbers for cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, bicycles, ATVs, wind farms, military vehicles and industrial applications.

• Advanced compounds: Aramid fibre, sintered, ceramic and carbon long-life formulations — each engineered for a specific performance window.

• Serious R&D investment: No fewer than 8 dynamometer systems across two factories, representing over $3 million in research infrastructure, backed by 60 years of brake material blending expertise.

• UK & USA manufacturing: EBC remains committed to exclusive domestic production — meaning tighter quality control, faster supply and a smaller environmental footprint than offshore alternatives.

• Environmentally considered: Every EBC brake pad is manufactured with full consideration for environmental protection at every stage of production.
