Da una maturazione in sole vasche di acciaio nasce un vino di buona acidità, capace di distinguersi per personalità e per aderenza territoriale. Nei primi mesi di bottiglia si fa apprezzare per un profilo fruttato e dinamico, basta però poco tempo affinché emergano toni più morbidi e più avvolgenti, tutti da scoprire.
Ottimo come aperitivo, si abbina a piatti a base di pesce bianco e soprattutto crostacei.
