If you're looking for the very best professional dishwashing results, the Winterhalter UC-L is a great choice.

Designed for performance, reliability and efficiency, the UC-L has all the capacity and advanced technology you need to get the results you're looking for. From the intuitive digital controls which allow fuss-free washing, to the exceptional filtration system which ensures only top quality water is used to wash, every part of the UC-L demonstrates a truly superb quality washer. Able to wash up to 40 racks (1500 plates) an hour, the Winterhalter is perfect for busy restaurants, hotels, food courts and staff canteens.

This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won't be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing - ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.

This model is fitted with an internal water softener, allowing use in medium to hard water areas.
