We oefenen met verschillende soorten melk (koe, vegan) en spelen met de verhoudingen melk/espresso om zo het verschil te proeven tussen een cortado, cappuccino, flat white en latte. Het aantal deelnemers is beperkt en we trainen op een professionele espressomachine (La Marzocco Classic )  en op een espresso machine voor thuisgebruik (Arkel Coast) 

Tu veux apprendre à dessiner un cœur sur ton flat white? Dans cet atelier, on t’apprend à mousser le lait et la base du latte art. On utilise différents types de lait (végétal, vache) et on joue avec le ratio lait/espresso pour goûter la différence entre un cortado, un cappuccino, un flat white et un latte.  Le nombre de participants est limité et nous travaillons sur une machine à espresso professionnelle (La Marzocco Classic) et sur une machine à espresso à usage domestique (Arkel Coast).
