The adjustable-speed conveyor belt, equipped with a durable stainless steel grid, creates a smooth and continuous chocolate cascade when connected to the tempering unit. This allows for flawless enrobing of biscuits, fruit, pate de fruit, and a wide variety of confections with consistent, high-quality results.

The machine features an integrated air-blowing system that gently removes excess chocolate from freshly coated products, ensuring a clean, uniform finish while allowing surplus chocolate to flow back into the tank for optimal efficiency.

A precision-driven operating carriage advances a roll of waxed paper, automatically receiving the coated products for seamless handling and presentation. A convenient control lever allows the conveyor belt to stop instantly, making paper cutting and product transfer quick and effortless.

Discreetly positioned along the conveyor, two pull-out knobs reveal an additional support tray, providing extra space for neatly organizing finished products.
