Listed for US & Canada: ETL listed for North American installations when used in appropriate enclosures.

Important Technical Notes

NEC 2008 Requirement: The National Electrical Code (NEC 2008) requires DC ground fault protectors on all solar installations. The MNDC-GFP80 meets this requirement for PV system safety.

Ground Fault Protection: The 1/2 amp trip mechanism connects between battery negative and earth ground, detecting ground faults in PV arrays and interrupting the circuit to prevent electrical hazards.
