Sourcing their grapes from five separate contrade, their altitudes sit between 600-750m asl. The freshness of these areas allows full ripening of the Carricante without altering its aromas. A slight nod to sauvignon blanc, it is spicy and rich with fresh minerality, yellow apple, white flowers, lemon cream icing and ginger. Delicious and perfect with seafood dishes.
