The pack can be played one of two ways.
- Symbiotes as Companions: Choose one of the four symbiotes and shuffle their 3 hero cards into your deck and play as normal. Each hero card can be played as if it were your own.
- Symbiote Hero (Hybrid): Shuffle all 12 hero cards together to make the Hybrid hero and play as you would any other hero. Take any existing symbiote (Venom, Carnage, Agent Venom, Anti-Venom,, etc.) as your player piece.
