CST banden zijn in de meest eenvoudige uitvoering al zo goed gemaakt dat deze tot 25 km/u op een E-bike gemonteerd kunnen worden. Echter zijn er steeds meer fietsen met trapondersteuning die harder dan 25 km/u rijden en daarvoor dienen de banden speciaal gekeurd te worden.

Met de komst van de CST E-series Pro zet CST een nieuwe standaard op het gebeid van E-bike banden. Het karkas is enorm sterk en de compound speciaal gemaakt om minder rolweerstand te genereren. Voeg daarbij het snelle profiel en de dubbele brekerlaag en je kunt met recht spreken van een top product.

E-bike banden tot 50 km/u
Voor de snellere E-bikes is er wel een kwaliteitskeur noodzakelijk. Onze speciale E-bike banden zijn goedgekeurd en dragen de ECE-R75 keur tot snelheden van 50 km/u. Door de aangepaste compound, ontwikkeld door onze autobanden engineers, zijn de banden beter geschikt om snel door een bocht te gaan en om de rolweerstand laag te houden. Daarnaast zijn de banden ook zeer slijtvast. CST banden met de ECE keur kunnen snelheden tot 50 km/u aan en genieten ook onze voorkeur op normale E-bikes tot 25 km/u.
