The balancing essence maintains your skin’s optimal pH level giving it a nice firm feel and juicy glow. Acid Bloom’s effect is based on brightening apple cider vinegar and PHA-acid gluconolactone that is mildly exfoliating. Its thickish consistency is not gunky, but leaves the skin feeling a bit moist.
