The pivot was made adjustable, so tension could be fine tuned as the shears aged. If a part wore down, it could be replaced, not tossed.

The pivot was made adjustable, so tension could be fine-tuned as the shears aged. If a part wore down, it could be replaced, not tossed. Cleaning was just as important. The blades separate fully with a smooth snap, allowing every surface to be reached, scrubbed, and sanitized—especially after cutting meat or sticky ingredients. Nothing flashy. No gimmicks. Just a pair of shears designed to work hard, stay sharp, and be fixed when needed.
