Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

• Q: Is the 330709-000-040-90-02-05 brand new and original?
A: Yes, we supply only 100% new original Bently Nevada probes. No refurbished or counterfeit units.
• Q: What is the lead time for shipping?
A: We dispatch all orders within 5 days after payment confirmation. Most orders ship earlier.
• Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: We ship via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. You can choose your preferred option at checkout.
• Q: Can I return the probe if it doesn't fit my application?
A: Yes, we support 30 days free return. The probe must remain unused and in original packaging.
• Q: What is the maximum thread engagement for the M16x1.5 case?
A: The maximum thread engagement is 24 mm. Do not exceed this value to avoid mechanical damage.
• Q: What happens if I operate the probe below -34°C?
A: Operating below -34°C (30°F) may cause premature failure of the pressure seal. Keep temperatures within -52°C to +177°C range.
• Q: Does the 9.0 meter cable affect signal quality?
A: No. The 75 Ω triaxial cable maintains signal integrity up to 9.0 meters. DC resistance stays at 8.5 ± 1.1 ohms.
• Q: What does "Multiple Approvals (option 05)" mean for this probe?
A: Option 05 means the 330709-000-040-90-02-05 meets several international agency standards (e.g., ATEX, IECEx). This simplifies global installation.
