Diese Glimmerschieferböden eignen sich besonders gut für die Herstellung von sehr feinen Rotweinen. Es werden natürlich die Parzellen des Weinguts mit dem höchsten Schieferanteil für die Herstellung dieser Cuvée ausgewählt. Reifung in Holzfässern mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 600 L über einen Zeitraum von 14 Monaten, bevor er in Flaschen abgefüllt wird.

Kräftige rote Farbe. In der Nase angenehm und zart holzig mit Noten von roten Früchten, Erdbeeren, Schwarzer Johannisbeere, aber auch würzig und wild. Vollmundig mit feinen Tanninen, ein sehr ausgewogener Wein.

Trauben: Grenache, Syrah
Boden: Mischung aus rotbraunem Ton und Glimmerschiefer, geprägt durch
das Fehlen von Kalkstein und der Nähe des Mittelmeeres.
Trinken: 16° bis 18° C
