▪︎Inserts are NOT included. There is only a small opening for fillings which is typical of cover of this sort. The maker will fill it up with bits of cloth or sheep wool and stitched it up.

The Berbers take their inspirations from their life and surroundings. They can also be from daily rituals, beliefs, customs, plants, animals and festivals and ceremonies. The diamond shape represents the eye. It is the symbol of protection against the evil eye. 

Both sides are in different designs but have been woven in one piece, which is typical of cushions made for the purpose, and not recycled from old rug.
