"Elegant style with an earthy leafy character to the wine. Good length, with a complex grippy tannin. And juicy acidity and silky texture" International Cool Climate Wine Show 2019

This is a lively, light, young Pinot. Bright, ripe and fragrant, the inviting bouquet shows dark plum, blueberry, raspberry and floral characters with subtle spicy complexity. The palate is fruited and rounded, and offers strong fruit richness and intensity, supporting a silky texture and fine tannins. Perfect for drinking now, or over the next four years.

The fruit for this Mystery wine was sourced from the winemakers home vineyard in Wairarapa. The stony free draining soils and cool dry climate are ideal for growing fine Pinot Noir. The vineyard is planted in several different clones which gives a diverse fruit resource to work with. The naturally low yields are complimented by intensive canopy management and crop thinning to ensure even ripening of small bunches of clean concentrated fruit.

The grapes are harvested in small batches according to clone and vineyard block and are processed separately to maintain their individual characteristics. The fruit was destemmed into open top fermenters and a range of cap management techniques were used, including cold soak, punch down, and pump over to extract the goodness from the fruit. After an average of 21 days on skins the wine was pressed off to tanks and barrels where malolactic fermentation ensued. After spending the winter months maturing on lees to marry the oak and wine, the blend was assembled and prepared for bottling.

Unbelievable toy for aggressive chewers
Color: Green Cactus
Great toy for aggressive chewers! I'm not one to hand out 5 star reviews but this one I 100% believe in. I bought the first one in 2023 and just replaced it because it broke. Now this is not a played with every once in a while, this was played with daily as it is his favorite toy. Very few toys last long but this one has went beyond my expectations. Could not be happier.

Not Recommended!
Color: Green Cactus
Be aware that with major chewers it is not durable. My dog tour right through it and was eating pieces off of it. Thankfully we got the pieces back out of his mouth but definitely not for tough chewers. Also only lasted 2 days in decent condition and was only used on the occasion throughout the day.

Not strong lasting
Color: Green Cactus
Didn’t even last 3 hours in my house. Too rubbery and our frenchie mix was able to bite pieces off and was trying to eat them. Don’t recommend as a super chewer or consider it durable

Very durable!
Color: Pink Cactus
One of the few actually tough chew toys for dogs who tear apart toys in seconds! My dog loves this thing and has yet to break into the rubber!

Withstands big dog
Color: Green Cactus
As a dog mom to two active pups, I’ve gone through a LOT of chew toys over the years and honestly, many of them just didn’t hold up. Some cracked, broke apart quickly, or became rough after only a short time of chewing. That’s why I was genuinely impressed with the MewaJump chew toy. Both of my dogs immediately loved it, and what stood out most to me was how durable it’s been compared to other toys we’ve tried. It’s held up really well with aggressive chewing while still seeming safe and comfortable for them to use. I also love that it keeps them entertained and engaged longer without constantly worrying about pieces breaking off. Definitely one of the better dog toys we’ve added to our home lately and Molly and Piper would agree.
