Constructed from durable cast brass, these tips feature 12/24 NPT threads for a secure, reliable connection. Proudly made in the USA, they offer exceptional durability and reliability, making them ideal for professional-grade plastic welding.
These airless welding tips are not compatible with the 6180 Mini-Fuzer.
Individual Welding Tip Applications:
Standard Welding Tip
Designed for use with Polyvance's 01 profile (1/8" diameter) round plastic welding rods. The plastic welding rod is fed through the tube at the top of the tip and exits the bottom in a melted form.
Bigfoot Welding Tip
Designed for use with Polyvance's 01 profile (1/8" diameter) plastic welding rods. The plastic welding rod is fed through the tube at the top of the tip and exits the bottom in a melted form. It is similar to the Standard Welding Tip, but it has a slightly larger base.
Speed Welding Tip
Designed designed for use with Polyvance's 02 profile (3/16" diameter) plastic welding rods. The plastic welding rod is fed through the tube at the top of the tip and exits the bottom in a melted form.
Tear Drop Welding Tip
Features a pointed tip for precision work in tight corners. Perfect for smoothing welds and achieving a clean, professional finish.
Blockhead Welding Tip
Features squared edges, making it perfect for shaping gussets and waffle-style tabs commonly found on headlight mounts. Great for getting into sharp corners, it delivers a smooth, professional finish.
Scimitar Welding Tip
Designed for use with flat plastic welding ribbons. It melts both the base material and the bottom of the flat welding ribbon simultaneously, ensuring a strong fusion weld. It also slightly v-grooves the surface of the base material.

This airless plastic welding tip assortment includes six different tips for Polyvance’s airless plastic welders. The assortment case ensures easy organization, convenient storage, and portability. The case is labeled, making it easy to reorder any lost tips.
