特選幼筍絲，帶有種一絲迷人的微酸氣味，最常用來滷筍絲、筍絲控肉，簡簡單單的筍絲控肉配上一碗白飯，就是所謂的正港台灣味小吃！筍絲福菜控肉可說是老饕們愛不釋手的料理～
烹飪種類：
滷筍絲、筍絲福菜控肉。
烹飪步驟：
筍絲清水洗過後浸泡2~3小時(中間可換2~3次水)，將筍絲放入熱滾水中煮過約20分後瀝乾切小段；開火加熱後依個人喜好放入爆香材料，接著將五花肉放入鍋內，拌炒完後放入筍絲、調味料，再加入高湯及滷包小火悶煮一個半小時左右即可。
保存方式：
放於常溫乾燥處。
