Six Questions Your Screenmobile Franchise Pitch Deck Must Answer

We built this franchise unit pitch deck in Microsoft PowerPoint format using our own research to help you move faster. All slides are pre-populated with data specific to this mobile service model, including a Year 1 revenue projection of $450,000 and an initial EBITDA of $146,000. This is defintely the most practical way to build a professional franchise funding proposal for home services.

Local Market Need

Homeowners in affluent corridors face long wait times and multiple appointments for simple home repairs, creating a massive gap for efficient service. This unit solves that by offering on-site, custom fabrication in a single visit, which is exactly what busy, high-income residents demand right now.

Urgent Market Demand

  • One-visit efficiency eliminates multiple service calls.
  • On-site fabrication ensures 100% precision and fit.
  • Climate-specific solutions address immediate heat and sun issues.
[dynamic_pic9]

Superior Service Solution

This mobile service model replaces the 'measure then wait' approach of traditional contractors with a fully equipped workshop on wheels. By fabricating products on-site, you provide a premium customer experience that local handymen or big-box retailers simply cannot match in terms of speed or quality.

Meaningful Competitive Edge

  • Mobile workshops act as high-visibility neighborhood billboards.
  • Uniformed, professional technicians build immediate homeowner trust.
  • Proprietary equipment allows for specialized, high-margin installations.
[dynamic_pic10]

Target Customer Opportunity

The primary focus is on affluent homeowners and luxury outdoor enthusiasts who value their time and home aesthetics. With a Year 1 revenue target of $450,000, the local opportunity is anchored by high-density residential clusters and strong partnerships with luxury contractors.

Market Size and Reach

  • $150,000 projected Year 1 window screen revenue.
  • Focus on high-net-worth zip codes and HOAs.
  • $120,000 Year 1 patio enclosure screen demand.
[dynamic_pic11]

Revenue and Economics

Revenue flows from high-margin direct installations and recurring maintenance packages that keep the schedule full year-round. At the unit level, you must manage a 7% royalty and 2% marketing fee while maintaining a strong store-level EBITDA, which is projected at $146,000 in the first year.

Core Financial Drivers

  • Installation sales provide immediate, high-ticket cash flow.
  • 10.5% material costs allow for healthy gross margins.
  • Maintenance packages build long-term, predictable recurring revenue.
[dynamic_pic12]

Defensible Market Edge

Local competitors are often unorganized solo operators or slow-moving retail chains that lack specialized mobile equipment. Your edge comes from the branded mobile units and B2B referral partnerships with pool contractors and landscape architects that provide a steady stream of high-intent leads.

Strategic Moat

  • Exclusive B2B referral networks with luxury designers.
  • Geo-fenced digital ads target specific high-income neighborhoods.
  • Specialized inventory designed for extreme local climate conditions.
[dynamic_pic13]

Funding and Milestones

The startup requires approximately $255,500 in initial capital, covering the $49,500 franchise fee and the $120,000 mobile workshop vehicle. These funds unlock a fast-ramp model designed to hit breakeven by March 2026, just three months after the initial launch.

Capital and Growth

  • $49,500 franchise fee for brand and training.
  • Breakeven achieved within 3 months of operation.
  • 4-year payback period on the total initial investment.

Sounds great.
Just received my Onkyo TX-NR 7100, watched a few YouTube videos before it arrived, so set up was easy. Ran accuEQ, I am getting new front speakers so I’ll wait to run Dirac. After accuEQ, I still had to make a few adjustments, to the speaker levels and especially the sub. It set my subwoofer way too low. As of right now having no problems with Bluetooth. I’ve only listened to music so far, can’t wait to watch a movie. For now I have a 5.1.2. System, getting new fronts, the Klipsch r51-m’s will go to the rear surround and Klipsch r41-m’s will be my height speakers in a 5.1.4 system. So far loving this avr. Update 2: Just calibrated with Dirac for the 6th time. They tell you if you sit in a recliner, reclined measure with it reclined. Well I measured with the chair in its upright position. It makes a huge difference I hear the surrounds much better. Btw I listen to all channel stereo, I know audiophiles say it sucks, however I listened to 2 channel stereo for 20 years, when there was nothing else. I didn’t buy a 9 channel avr to listen to 2 channel stereo. Like Randy the cheap audio man says “ audiophiles aren’t always right. If it sounds good to you, that’s all that matters.” So try calibrating in the upright position, or if you sit on a stationary chair or couch, try positioning the mic slightly forward of your listening position. It makes a huge difference. Hope this helps, enjoy. Update: Ok bought Klipsch rp-600m speakers for the front with 52c center. 51m surrounds, 41m rear heights. Polk owm3 front heights. Why Polk? Lighter easy to hang and as height speakers they are only there for atmos. Ran Dirac live, the application does what it would take several hours to make it sound like it does, if I even could get it to sound so good. Apple TV 4K with my Hisense U8K. The google tv interface is ok, but Apple TV is faster and easier. The Onkyo 7100 is a gem, runs pretty warm but I have it out in the open. If you are going to put in a cabinet I suggest a fan. Very happy with the whole system.

Straightforward setup Excellent Warm sound
Style: AVR-S770H
Setup was surprisingly easy. No manual included, but a quick link to a PDF. Connection to PC, Nintendo Switch, Cable Box done in minutes. Setup Menu worked great. Bluetooth pairing to phone easy. Setup as 5.1 (waiting on 2 more speakers for 7.1 connection). Small glitch in that the speakers didn't respond or even test tone right away. Went in and out of menu a few times, and then they worked (did this once with a 2-speaker quicker setup and then did the same glitch when adding the additional speakers to the profile with the full 5.1 setup). Works with ARC well (Samsung TV that came with silly external box) and reciever connection defaults to a passthrough when not on, which is nice. Video is great and compressed audio cleanup works well. Didn't do Mic leveling yet, but the manual speaker tuning worked well at leveling things out for 5.1. I was expected a lot harder set-up and was pleasantly surprised. It's a quality product. Some folks may not like the direct DB volume adjustment but I find it handy, especially when working a little later at night, I can dial in a very exacting low volume so as not to disturb the rest of the house. Very happy with purchase.

Great product
Style: AVR-S770H
I have owned several $1000.00 plus theater systems of 7.1(2) channels and I have never heard my speakers put out the sound like the Denon does. I would never change systems again unless Denon stops producing this product

AVR-S770H - My first AVR and my first Denon - works great with Directv and Fire Stick
Style: AVR-S770H
This review is for the Denon AVR-S770H. I was apprehensive about buying an AVR for my main TV. I've always used a soundbar and was happy with the results. I assumed that adding an AVR would make things finicky and complicated. I'm happy to say, that is not true. This Denon has been fabulous. My requirements for a home theater receiver were/are the following: 1) Ease of use and NO additional remotes to our current set-up (family needs, I'm not a bachelor!) 2) I need the ability to connect 2 zones: the TV room and I have a pair of outdoor speakers on the patio First, as to the remote situation, I use Directv and I use an Amazon Fire Stick 4k. My old set-up was super simple. I picked up the Directv remote and hit Power. That turned on the TV, the Directv box, and the soundbar (since it was connected to the TV ARC port). Simple. If I wanted to change over to the Fire Stick, I simply used the same Directv remote to change the input and then used the Fire Stick remote from there. I'm happy to say the Denon has made things even simpler. Not only does the Directv remote turn on/off the TV, Direct box, and the Denon receiver but now I don't even have to bother switching inputs. If I pick up the Fire Stick remote and hit the Home button, the Denon senses that and immediately switches over. Likewise, if I pick up the Directv remote and hit a button, the Denon will switch back over to Directv. So that is an actual improvement. By the way, in order to get the Directv remote to turn off the Denon, don't worry about trying to program the remote via the Directv menu (I tried all the codes and failed). Instead, go to the Denon setting menu. Choose Setup> Video> HDMI Setup. Change the "Power Off Control" to "Video" or "All". Now the Denon will turn on/off when the TV does (using the Directv remote). My second concern was operating a second set of speakers via Zone 2. That also works perfectly. Now when I step outside to sit on the patio, I simply hit the Zone 2 button on the front of the Denon. I can use my phone to play music via the Denon's built-in Bluetooth. Some users need to be aware: in order to operate Zone 2, the receiver needs to be switched from 7.2 channel to 5.1 + Zone 2. That's perfectly acceptable for me since my TV has only front L & R speakers and a subwoofer. So I'm not even using the full capabilities of the 5.1. If you need 7.2 and a second zone, you need to find a different AVR. In sum, I bought this Denon with some trepidation and thought maybe I'd have to return it. Instead, it does everything I want and then some. Of course, it sounds great too. I'm so glad I switched from the soundbar.

Wow!
Style: AVR-S770H
I had an Onkyo 5100 for a few years and experienced lots of issues with the UI over HDMI but after many many firmware updates they seemed to have resolved that and it had a great sound. Recently however the receiver started to turn itself on for no reason and I felt that it was a fire hazard. I bought this unit as a replacement and so far it is flawless. I believe that this receiver sounds even better and hopefully more reliable. The Atmos sound is excellent.
