Crafted with a smooth white and Pro Green leather top, the women's Nike Dunk Low Vintage Green (W) follows the same two-tone colour blocking found on the initial line of Nike Dunks in 1985. The classic look is completed with vintage-styled, yellowed soles and laces.
The palette is similar to the "Varsity Green" that was released earlier. The materials, on the other hand, are a far cry from the more conventional, modern pair, with a faint patina on the colourful overlays in the Nike Dunk Low Vintage Green (W). Although the laces and midsole are covered in "Sail" to further imitate previous products, this finish is absent from the white base and nylon tongue. Furthermore, the lining isn't your typical mesh, but rather a ribbed cloth that appears to be softer.
Released as a collegiate sneaker, Nike Dunks can now be found on the feet of celebrities and commoners alike. Limited editions like Off White Dunks, from the 2019 collab between
Nike and Virgil Abloh’s design label Off-White further cemented Dunks’ place in sneaker folklore.
