Background
PCSK9 (proprotein convertase subtilisin-kexin type 9) is a member of the subtilisin-like proprotein convertase family, which includes proteases that process protein and peptide precursors trafficking through regulated or constitutive branches of the secretory pathway. PCSK9 undergoes an autocatalytic processing event with its prosegment in the ER and is constitutively secreted as an inactive protease into the extracellular matrix and trans-Golgi network. It is expressed in liver, intestine and kidney tissues and escorts specific receptors for lysosomal degradation. It plays a role in cholesterol and fatty acid metabolism.
Atherosclerosis is a cardiovascular disease caused mainly by dyslipidemia and is characterized by the formation of an atheroma plaque and chronic inflammation. Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) is a protease that induces the degradation of the LDL receptor (LDLR), which contributes to increased levels of LDL cholesterol and the progress of atherosclerosis.

The best Quad Monitor Mount under $100
Size: Quad, Style: Glass Free Stand
Great monitor stand. I got the Quad. It's base is nice and you can put stuff on it unlike the other popular quad mount that is V shaped. You can get the monitors 98% aligned, then use gaffers tape for the last 1% (99% perfect, slight gaps that I couldn't fill). Strong, sturdy, tempered glass base, metal pole. And cheap price. This is the one to get for a quad setup. I stripped the bolt on the VESA monitor mount bracket and the seller took care of me. No worries.

I love the functionality of this stand! It is very durable and stable. It does not require any form of anchoring to hold monitors. I have two 27 inch monitors attached to my stand with no problems. The stand can be moved in various direction with little effort. Excellent stand if you are looking to enhance your office space.
