Straight-up hormone support with DHEA, Tongkat, EndoFlo™ and shilajit

Enhanced Top T isn't some weak men's health pill. It's an open-label hormone stack with four goals: basic nutrient backup for androgens, botanicals for libido and guy energy, better blood flow via nitric oxide and PDE5 paths, and real hormone boosters that amp it up. That last bit is key—with DHEA at 50mg and pregnenolone at 25mg, this is way beyond your average herbal test booster.

The base is decent. Vitamin D3 hits 125mcg or 5,000 IU, a solid daily hit and one of the best-backed nutrients for guys low on it. Zinc is 20mg as bisglycinate chelate, an easy-to-absorb form right in the useful range. Selenium is 200mcg as L-selenomethionine, at the high end of what's supported for thyroid enzymes and fighting oxidation. Boron at 5mg fits well in a male formula. Magnesium is bisglycinate chelate, a good type, but at 18mg it's tiny compared to the 310-420mg you need daily—think of it as a little extra, not a full fix.

The adaptogen and androgen part is where it shines. Ashwagandha root extract is 300mg with 5% withanolides, a good dose for dialing down stress and cortisol, which helps since ongoing stress kills libido, recovery, and that alive feeling. Tongkat Ali root extract at 200mg of 200:1 is super concentrated and fits male supps for drive, libido, and pushing through training. Shilajit extract at 200mg with 50% fulvic acid is spot on for a top-tier add; in guy vitality stacks, shilajit is valued for

Enhanced Top T by Enhanced contains 125mcg Vitamin D3, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 125mcg Vitamin D3 / 5,000 IU — that's a real dose, not just a dash. Vitamin D levels matter a ton for guy energy, and this is enough to make a difference if you're low or not getting much sun.
  • 20mg Zinc as bisglycinate chelate — absorbs great and backed by studies at this level. Zinc helps with enzymes, immune stuff, and male repro health, hitting right in the sweet spot instead of the weak traces in lame formulas.
  • 200mcg Selenium as L-selenomethionine — high-end dose for thyroid enzymes and antioxidant protection. It helps with metabolism, energy, and hormone prep more than you might think.
  • 300mg Ashwagandha standardized to 5% withanolides — solid adaptogen amount for real stress relief. This tackles cortisol and stress head-on, which can tank your mood, recovery, and bedroom game.
  • 200mg Tongkat Ali 200:1 — super concentrated for male vitality, libido, and handling gym stress. It's a top botanical in this space, giving the formula real muscle over basic tribulus junk.
  • 200mg Shilajit extract standardized to 50% fulvic acid — the kind of spec you want on a good label. Standardization ensures it's consistent, and shilajit backs energy, toughness, and male health markers.
  • 200mg EndoFlo™ — patented mix of mango, black ginger, ginkgo, and pine bark for blood flow. It boosts nitric oxide and keeps cGMP going, smarter than just one herb for vasodilation.
  • 100mg ProtoTest™ — standardized Dioscorea nipponica extract with 50% protodioscin. This upgrades the old tribulus issue: real protodioscin for nitric oxide and libido instead of sketchy extracts.

Enhanced Top T by Enhanced contains 125mcg Vitamin D3, a effective dose for health and performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys in tough hypertrophy or strength phases feeling recovery, drive, libido dip from training grind. Ashwagandha, Tongkat Ali, shilajit, vitamin D3 target toughness, hormone backup, that alive feel without fake energy.
  • Lifters over 30 wanting more than zinc and tribulus. Layers D3, selenium, zinc, boron with DHEA, pregnenolone for a fuller setup than basic test supps.
  • Athletes cutting calories who get low drive, weak libido, blah vibes. Ashwagandha, maca, Safed Musli, Tongkat Ali, shilajit fit that 'beat but still going' spot.
  • Dudes chasing libido and bedroom gains with gym perks. EndoFlo™, epimedium, ProtoTest™, maca, Safed Musli push past hormones to flow and sexual side.
  • Folks wanting clear capsule hormone support over powders, gummies, hidden blends. Every dose is listed, so you see what's strong or iffy.
  • Busy pros who train hard but want mood, motivation, less chronic stress. Ashwagandha handles stress; D3, zinc, DHEA, Tongkat, shilajit cover vitality.

How to Use

Down 4 capsules as your full daily serve. Morning or early afternoon is smart since DHEA, pregnenolone, Tongkat Ali suit daytime over bedtime. If you're new to hormone stuff or DHEA, start with 2 caps for 3-4 days, then go full if it's good. With food is easy for most, especially sensitive stomachs, but it absorbs fine either way. Use every day, even rest days, for the building hormone, adaptogen, vitality effects over quick hits. Stacks great with creatine, protein, fish oil, standalone magnesium since this one's low. Skip other DHEA or heavy hormone stacks unless you know your response. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight. If on hormone therapy or fertility meds, check with doc first.

What to Expect

No stim kick, so day one feels normal. In the first few doses, some notice a light mood or drive bump, not an energy rush. Days 1-7 set the stage with DHEA, pregnenolone, ashwagandha, Tongkat Ali, shilajit, and mineral/vitamin layers. By weeks 2-4, it clicks: steadier energy, better libido, sharper training, less stressed-out flatness. EndoFlo™, epimedium, ProtoTest™ flow might stand out more then. This is a daily builder, not a 20-minute wonder.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Enhanced Top T different from a basic testosterone booster?

Most basic testosterone boosters rely on zinc, vitamin D, and a few generic herbs. Top T goes further with DHEA at 50mg and pregnenolone at 25mg, plus branded blood-flow and libido ingredients like EndoFlo™ and ProtoTest™, making it a much more assertive and comprehensive male-support formula.

Is Enhanced Top T fully transparent, or does it use proprietary blends?

It is fully transparent. Every active ingredient is listed with an exact dose, including DHEA, Tongkat Ali, shilajit, EndoFlo™, ProtoTest™, and all vitamins and minerals, which is a major advantage in a category where many labels hide behind proprietary blends.

How much vitamin D3 is in Top T, and is that a meaningful amount?

Top T provides 125mcg of vitamin D3, which equals 5,000 IU per serving. That is a serious daily dose and one of the stronger foundational parts of the formula for men whose vitamin D status is low or suboptimal.

Does Enhanced Top T contain stimulants or caffeine?

No. This is a stimulant-free capsule formula, so there is no caffeine and no pre-workout-style energy hit. The intended effects are gradual: better vitality, libido support, blood-flow support, and improved readiness over consistent use.

How long does Top T take to work?

This is not an instant-feel product. Some users notice subtle changes in drive or libido within the first week, but the formula makes the most sense over 2-4 weeks of daily use as ingredients like ashwagandha, Tongkat Ali, shilajit, DHEA, and the micronutrient base have time to build impact.

Is the magnesium dose in Top T enough to count as real magnesium support?

Not really. The form is good—magnesium bisglycinate chelate—but the dose is only 18mg, which is far below the 310-420mg daily intake range typically discussed for magnesium. Consider it a minor supporting inclusion, not a replacement for a dedicated magnesium supplement.

What does EndoFlo™ do in this formula?

EndoFlo™ is a branded blend of mango fruit, black ginger, ginkgo, and pine bark designed to support vasodilation and blood flow. It works through nitric oxide support and cGMP-related pathways, which is why it fits well in a formula targeting libido, circulation, and male performance.

Is DIM dosed aggressively in this product?

No. Top T includes 50mg of DIM, which is more of a supportive balancing dose than a full standalone DIM protocol. Many DIM-focused products use 100-200mg, so here it appears as a complementary part of the hormone-balance strategy rather than the centerpiece.

Can I stack Top T with a pre-workout?

Yes, in most cases. Top T is stimulant-free, so it can fit alongside a pre-workout without adding caffeine, but you should still watch your total stack if you are using other hormone-support products, especially anything containing DHEA, DIM, Tongkat Ali, or similar ingredients.

Who should be cautious with Top T?

Anyone on hormone therapy, fertility medication, estrogen/testosterone-related medication, or thyroid medication should talk with a clinician before use. DHEA, pregnenolone, DIM, and selenium make this more than a casual wellness product.

A Truly Ergonomic Mouse
Number of Items: 1
Other not completely flat mice claim to be "ergonomic", but the only way to completely remove stress from your forearm when using a mouse is with a "vertical" mouse. My 2020 K75575WW Kensington ergonomic vertical mouse developed a problem with the left button "stuttering" so that it sent multiple button clicks when pressed just once. I liked the Kensington quite a bit. But it always just a little bit on the "not quite as solid as I would like" side, and failing after just 2.5 years confirmed this. So I wanted a more solidly build mouse. A search for "ergonomic mouse review" showed that the Logitech MX Master 3S was clearly the best ergonomic mouse available. At $100 it was several times more expensive as others including the latest Kensington vertical mouse. But sometimes furgal doesn't mean the least expensive. Sometimes it can mean the most expensive if that comes with better performance, features and lifespan. So I ordered it. And while it is indeed an incredible mouse, the angle is only about 20 degrees. The result is that while there is some reduction in forearm stress compared to a flat mouse, it wasn't enough for me. By the end of my very long days driving my mouse almost as much as I drive my keyboard, I could feel the tension building up in my forearm. So after a week I returned it and bought this Logitech MX Vertical. It is slightly less expensive than the MX Master 3S, but still much more expensive relative to other options. And while it is lighter and a little less substantial feeling in my hand than the MX Master 3S, it still feels very firm and solid. Most importantly keeps my hand in the neutral position with my fingers at about 70 degrees. A great feature of the MX Vertical shares with the MX Master 3S is the thumb rest. The Kensington didn't have this and so my thumb rested on the desktop. If it was a bit warm and my hands would sweat my thumb wouldn't slide smoothly and I would have to lift my thumb off the desk when I went to move the mouse. Not a horrible thing, but if you spend 8+ hours mousing around it gets tiresome. The button clicks are crisp. Best of all when the button bottoms out it feels like it is pressing against the case. It doesn't feel like travel is being limited by the switch itself bottoming out like the Kensington felt like it did. My hope is that this will keep the switch from wearing out so fast as happened with the Kensington. One slight negative of the MX Vertical is that I don't feel like I am quite as accurate in being able to move the cursor to a specific spot on the screen without some amount of conscious effort. Instead it doesn't go exactly in the direction I intended and overshoots where wanted it to stop. As such it might not make the best mouse for video games. [UPDATE: There is a bit of a learning curve in moving the mouse accurately. In the last couple weeks my need to make a more conscious effort to move the mouse to a specific spot on the screen is going down. Still think it is likely to not be as accurate as a flater mouse]

Great mouse
Number of Items: 1
Definitely reduces fatigue. Easy to use. Great response with less space needed for mouse movement. Stays charged for months you actually forget to charge it, ask me how I know :). I play video games with it and never have any issues with the movement and response time of mouse. And since my car wreck where I broke my thumb this is the only mouse that gave me the same as before the wreck abilities to move and operate the mouse. Highly recommend. One very broken thumbs up :)

Experience after one year of usage
Number of Items: 1
I had mainly used a MX Master 2S before this and because of my heavy usage I did start to feel uncomfortable after a few hours of use every day and that's when I decided to purchase MX Vertical. Now after almost 9 months of usage this has become the mouse I use on a daily basis, completely replacing MX Master 2S. Comfort: It took me about a day or two to really get used to using it because of the positioning and ever since then my wrist has never felt any discomfort, literally. I don't have a mouse pad but because of the angle that my wrist is contact with the desk when I use it, this has never been a problem. What I also love about the ergonomic design is that my hand can actually just rest on it when not doing specific tasks, and it just fits my palm perfectly. Functionality: I don't use it for gaming so I can't comment on that. However, comparing it with my Master 2S, there are some very obvious disadvantages. If you use Excel sheets a lot, or anything that requires horizontal viewing, the scrolling option is terrible. You can set up the function key on Logi Options+ and I use the side buttons for scroll right+left mainly because how easy it was to use with the Master 2S's side scrolling buttons. It is not comparable at all. With Master 2s, horizontal scrolling is smooth and precise. With this, it's basically useless. There are sites that just aren't responsive to the side buttons and when they do, you can never get to the precise point you want. Huge disappointment with that because I don't really use the side buttons for anything else. There is also no scrolling control with the middle button unlike the Master 2S, so you can't really scroll vertically as fast as you can when using Master 2S either. However I do use the middle button sometimes to just do the job for me so I'm ok with its basic functionality. The top button is mainly used as a look-up button for me, so far its working pretty well and honestly it probably makes not much difference if they just completely take this button out for me. Maybe some people can find use in it as a switch for scrolling or mouse speed, or something else. Overall, the customizability of these buttons is very good, and depending on personal use, I can see it being very useful. Battery life: Battery life is fantastic, never had any problem with it yet. I haven't really kept track but with my heavy daily usage (probably 10+ hours with no intense gaming), it can usually go for more than a month. You can also use it while it's being charged. Durability: I have unfortunately knocked it over the desk a couple times on hard vinyl floor and there seems to be no problem with it at all. Before purchasing this I saw some comments about how it stopped functioning after being dropped to the floor and I was really worried about it. However that is not my case at all. It is very durable in my opinion and does its job perfectly even after dropping it a few times. Overall, extremely comfortable to use. It helped with my wrist pain tremendously and now I use it for hours without feeling any discomfort. The functionality is severely disadvantageous compared to Master 2s and 3s, and possibly other gaming mouses as well, but if you are here because of wrist pain, this is the right product.

Finally, a comfortable vertical mouse for guys with large hands!
Number of Items: 1
I've been using the Logitech MX Vertical Wireless Mouse for about 8 years now, and I love it. Any time I have to use a traditional mouse it's an uncomfortable disappointment. If you haven't used a vertical mouse yet, there are a couple things you need to know. First - this is just a normal mouse, but it's turned about 60-degrees to the right. This let's your hand rest on the mouse in the natural position your arm wants it to be in without any effort to rotate. Second - you will knock it over, repeatedly, for a few weeks. Because you're used to a mouse that's a just an inch and a half or so tall, your natural movement from keyboard to mouse is going to be interrupted by the height of the MX Vertical. In time, you will get used to this, but for a week or two, you will knock it over when moving to the mouse, and when moving back to the keyboard. Don't worry, your muscle memory will change and this will stop. Third - once you get used to using the MX Vertical, you won't want to use any other mouse. It's a dramatic change in ergonomics, and you will feel the strain your wrist and forearm are under any time you have to use a traditional mouse. There are other verticals that are also great, but as a guy with large hands, this is the best I've found. I have 4 of these now - one at my office, one at my dining room table, one at my desk, and one that travels in my backpack. I don't need all of these, but its handy having them where I need them. Another reason for this is the mouse can pair with 3 devices. I have different devices in each of these locations, so it's handy not having to re-pair when I move between locations. The MX Vertical fits my hand perfect, and all buttons are where my fingers and thumb are naturally positioned. I've dropped them, knocked them down, bumped and tossed them and they keep on working properly, so from a durability standpoint, this will last. It's easy to pair with a push of a button - working with my Windows computers, MacBook, android phone and iPad. This thing just works great! The only downside I'd mention is the coating. After a couple of years, the coating tends to migrate where you apply pressure. This is most apparent where the thumb and pinky finger rest. This doesn't cause any functional issues, and is entirely cosmetic, but just be aware that after a couple years it won't look pristine. All-in-all, this is the vertical mouse to buy if you're a guy with larger hands. Get one, get used to it, and you won't regret it.
