LJ100® tongkat, 5,000 IU D3, and zinc for guy support

GAT Sport Testrol Platinum is a straightforward hormone support supplement. It pairs key micronutrients for guys' hormone health with one solid standardized herb, plus some blends for androgen and blood flow support. In a world of weak tribulus, mystery blends, and unstandardized herbs, this one's all about LJ100® Eurycoma longifolia, a real Vitamin D hit, and good zinc.

The big standout is Vitamin D at 125 mcg, that's 5,000 IU of cholecalciferol. Not some tiny amount – this is a solid daily dose to fix low levels. Vitamin D acts like a hormone, helping with hormones, immune stuff, and muscle/bone health. If you're low, bumping it up can make you feel more alive, recover better, and stay tougher hormone-wise. There's 180 mg calcium as dicalcium phosphate too. It doesn't directly pump testosterone, but it pairs smart with Vitamin D since D helps you absorb calcium, which is key for muscle work and strong bones.

Zinc comes in at 10 mg as zinc bisglycinate chelate – easy to absorb and stomach-friendly compared to rougher forms. Zinc powers tons of body reactions and ties right into guy stuff like reproduction and hormones, especially if your diet's short. 10 mg is a good everyday dose, not overkill. Smart for regular use.

The star is Eurycoma longifolia root extract at 200 mg as LJ100®, standardized to minimum 40% glyco saponins, 22% bioactive eurypeptides, 30% polysaccharides, and 0.8% eurycomanone. This is where Testrol

GAT Testrol Platinum by GAT Sport contains 125mcg Vitamin D, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 200 mg LJ100® Eurycoma longifolia – the main reason to grab this. It's a standardized tongkat ali with clear levels of glyco saponins, bioactive eurypeptides, polysaccharides, and eurycomanone. Way more reliable than basic 'longjack' labels.
  • 125 mcg Vitamin D3 – that's a full 5,000 IU, not just for show. Vitamin D acts like a hormone signal in your body. Fixing low levels is a smart base move for test support formulas.
  • 10 mg zinc as bisglycinate chelate – absorbs well and easy on the gut for daily use. Zinc matters for guy health, recovery, and hormone enzymes. Covers where a lot of dudes fall short.
  • LJ100® label spells out the standards: minimum 40% glyco saponins, 22% bioactive eurypeptides, 30% polysaccharides, and 0.8% eurycomanone. This means it's a real extract, not just powdered root pretending to be fancy.
  • Two tablets a day – simple to stick with. Stuff like Vitamin D and tongkat needs daily use to build up, not one-and-done.
  • Pine bark extract standardized to 85% proanthocyanidins brings in blood flow and antioxidant help. Dose is in a blend, but the quality spec shows they cared about more than cheap filler.
  • Boron as boroganic glycine – common in hormone supps. Boron ties into hormone use. Makes sense here, even if the dose isn't listed.
  • Vitamin D and calcium team up on purpose. Calcium isn't for hormones directly, but Vitamin D handles calcium absorption and mineral balance. Smart combo, not random.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys on steady hypertrophy or strength plans wanting hormone help without stims. 5,000 IU Vitamin D, 10 mg zinc bisglycinate, and 200 mg LJ100® hit recovery, drive, and hormones, not quick energy.
  • Lifters over 30 feeling less motivation, libido, or pep despite hard training. Combines key micronutrients with real standardized Eurycoma longifolia – better than basic tongkat.
  • Athletes stuck inside suspecting low Vitamin D. 125 mcg is enough to count, plus zinc and LJ100® make it fuller than just D3 alone.
  • Dudes after long diets or stress feeling flat and less aggressive in the gym. Tongkat helps stress, libido, and readiness over time.
  • Supp pros who spot branded, standardized herbs over mystery mixes. LJ100® anchors this with solid standards.
  • Guys using pre but wanting separate daily hormone supp without extra caffeine or sleep issues. Tablets fit easy with creatine, protein, pre.

How to Use

Take 2 tablets daily. Brand likes light or empty stomach for easy routine and maybe quicker uptake, but if minerals hit hard, add a snack. Morning's good to keep it steady and match the energy vibe. Tablets, so down with water, not dry. No need to split unless testing herb tolerance – start with 1 then go to 2. Stacks great with creatine, protein, fish oil, pre – no stims. Watch if you already do extra D or zinc to keep totals smart. Consistency beats timing; store cool and dry, no fridge needed.

What to Expect

First 1-3 days, not much to feel – no stims or pump here. On empty stomach, you might just check gut tolerance; zinc bisglycinate helps. End of week 1, some notice little boosts in libido, mood, or drive, especially if low on D or recovery. Weeks 2-4 is when to judge – daily build-up shows in better vitality and gym readiness. If it clicks, it's like upgraded normal, not hype. Don't expect same-day test rush; wrong vibe for this.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the main active ingredient in GAT Sport Testrol Platinum?

The standout active is 200 mg of LJ100® Eurycoma longifolia root extract. That matters because LJ100® is a standardized tongkat ali ingredient with disclosed active markers, making it more credible than generic longjack blends that do not tell you what you are actually getting.

How much Vitamin D is in Testrol Platinum?

Each 2-tablet serving provides 125 mcg of Vitamin D3, which equals 5,000 IU. That is a substantial daily dose and one of the stronger foundational decisions in the formula, especially for men who spend a lot of time indoors or suspect low Vitamin D status.

Is the zinc in this formula a good form?

Yes. Testrol Platinum uses zinc bisglycinate chelate at 10 mg, which is generally better tolerated and well absorbed compared with cheaper zinc salts. It is a sensible daily-use choice for a hormone-support product.

Are all of the ingredient doses fully disclosed?

No. Vitamin D, calcium, zinc, and LJ100® are fully disclosed, but the formula also contains two proprietary matrices. Eucommia plus Atractylodes are grouped into an 830 mg blend, and boroganic glycine plus pine bark extract are grouped into a 170 mg blend, so the individual doses inside those matrices are unknown.

How long does Testrol Platinum take to work?

This is a cumulative daily-use product, not an acute-feel supplement. Most users should judge it over 2-4 weeks of consistent use, looking for changes in libido, vitality, recovery quality, and general sense of drive rather than expecting a same-day effect.

Should I take Testrol Platinum before workouts?

It does not need to be timed like a pre-workout because it contains no stimulants and is not designed for an acute gym-session effect. Use it once daily, ideally at the same time each day, and focus on consistency rather than workout timing.

Can I stack Testrol Platinum with a pre-workout or creatine?

Yes. Because it is stim-free, it stacks cleanly with pre-workout, coffee, creatine monohydrate, protein, and hydration products. The main thing to monitor is overlap with other standalone Vitamin D or zinc supplements.

Is Testrol Platinum a fully transparent formula?

Not fully. It is more informative than many testosterone boosters because the LJ100®, Vitamin D, zinc, and calcium amounts are clearly listed, but the supporting herbal and boron-containing ingredients are still partially hidden behind proprietary blend totals.

What does pine bark extract do in this formula?

Pine bark extract standardized to 85% proanthocyanidins is usually included for antioxidant and vascular support. In this formula it likely serves as a support ingredient for endothelial function and overall male vitality, although the exact individual dose is not disclosed.

Do I need to cycle Testrol Platinum?

Most users do not need an aggressive on-off cycle because the core of the product is daily foundational support: Vitamin D, zinc, and a standardized botanical. A practical approach is to run it consistently for 8-12 weeks, assess results, and then decide whether it deserves a permanent spot in your routine.

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.
