Druiven worden met de hand geselecteerd. Hoge plantdichtheid, 8000 wijnstokken per hectare. Gelagerd op roestvrijstaal, weinig filtering en zeer kleine hoeveelheden zwavel toegevoegd.

De jonge Adrian Berlioz is inmiddels een zeer gewilde en geliefde wijnmaker uit de Savoie die met veel toewijding 5.5 hectare land bewerkt in de gemeente Chignin. De bodem bestaat hier voornamelijk uit klei en kalksteen. Sinds 2012 werkt Berlioz gecertificeerd biologisch. Alle percelen worden zo natuurlijk mogelijk bewerkt zonder het gebruik van herbiciden, chemische bestrijdingsmiddelen of andere synthetische producten. De meeste wijngaarden staan op zeer steile hellingen met vaak een hellingsgraad van wel 50%. De opbrengsten worden laag gehouden op gemiddeld 40 hl/ha.
