Caixeiro Origins is een extra vierge olijfolie uit Trás-os-Montes, Portugal, geproduceerd door Caixeiro/Soresa in Santa Maria de Émeres, Valpaços. Deze Portugese blend wordt gemaakt van Cobrançosa-, Madural- en Verdeal Transmontanas-olijven uit een landelijke boomgaard op 550 tot 750 meter hoogte. De olijven worden handgeplukt met een elektrisch vibrerende vork en binnen 12 uur geperst en gecentrifugeerd. De olie is licht gefilterd en heeft een zacht, licht fruitig en toegankelijk smaakprofiel, met weinig bitterheid en een subtiel peperige afdronk. De 5 liter bag-in-box beschermt de extra vierge olijfolie tegen licht en beperkt contact met zuurstof, waardoor deze verpakking praktisch en voordelig is voor dagelijks gebruik.
