On the palate, this is a vital, fresh, straight, pure, tightly woven and salty noble sweet wine with great, almost electric tension, finesse and vitality. The fruit is lush and dense, but the mineral grip and acidity are mind-blowing. This is many years away from being at its peak, but it's another fascinating Cuvée de Constance.
