A playful collection of over 85 Vietnamese and Viet American dishes and immersive travel photography from Top Chef alum Tu David Phu that's "full of powerful writing and compelling flavors" (Saveur).
"Stripped of Oriental exoticism, this is a cookbook infused with the intense flavors of refugee kitchens and the inauthentic authenticity of the diaspora."-Viet Thanh Nguyen, author of Pulitzer Prize winner The Sympathizer
Tu David Phu trained in the nation's top restaurants only to realize the culinary lessons that truly impacted him were those passed on by his parents, refugees from Pho Qu c. In his hometown of Oakland, California, his parents taught him hard-won lessons in frugality, food-covery cooking, and practical gill-to-fin eating.
Centered around Tu's childhood memories in the diverse Bay Area and family stories of life on Pho Qu_x1ED1_c island, The Memory of Taste explores the Phu family's ability to thrive and adapt from one coastal community to another. With tried-and-true tips like how to butcher a fish, tastebud-tingling flavor combinations, and stunning photographs, Tu guides both novice and experienced chefs alike in his take on Viet cooking, including-
. Staples in every Vietnamese kitchen like Cơm T_x1EA5_m (Broken Rice), Dan S_x1EA3_ (Lemongrass Paste), and Nư_x1EDB_c M_x1

Made well
Size: (Pack of 1)
I just put it in but fits nice, good quality and I expect it to work very good. I watch many YouTube channels with experienced mechanics. Many of them use six products.

It was ok.
Size: (Pack of 1)
The product installed fine and the price was good. However, it took too long to arrive. I don't know why it took almost three weeks to get to my house. I was about to cancel the order.

2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7
Size: (Pack of 1), Size: (Pack of 1)
I really like these filters. This is the brand I try to use, unless they're unavailable. Fast shipping and a great product. Easy to install. Great value for the money. Not driving it is the only thing that helps the gas mileage.
Shipped by Amazon. Box damaged during shipping. The air filter was placed in the bottom of the box and 5 lbs of honey, 1 case (12 cans) of sardines and another item were placed on top of the air filter inside the box. The 5 lbs of honey is in a plastic 1/2 gallon bottle with bubble wrap tapped around the lid/cap.
All items ship from Amazon. There was NO padding or filler in the box. Fortunately, none of the 4 items were not damaged or covered in honey. This has become a very serious issue with Amazon orders. This isn't the 1st time I've received my order and the box was as about to come apart. If I have to return something to Amazon, it's about a 75 mile round trip to the nearest UPS store.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Great quality. Worth a few bucks more
Size: (Pack of 1)
My 2004 Ram baby deserves the best especially when it’s like 5 bucks more for a good quality air filter that’s gonna be on the truck for 30/40 k miles. Don’t replace every 15K, that’s quick lube sales talk.. only if you live in a dust bowl.
