Black Walnut Board BW-415 0.8" x 3" x 26.3"Black Walnut Board BW 415 0. 8" x 3" x 26. 3" 1. 6 lbs. This is a nice uniform board of S2S Texas grown Black Walnut. It is all heartwood with a swirling grain pattern. The colors are an overall medium brown with bands of darker brown grain. There are several small knots visible on one side that do not penetrate through to the other side. This piece has been air dried to 10 12% moisture content. I see no cracks, checks, or other significant flaws.

It works!

Life Extension melatonin seems to work well. I’ve found that 1mg is as effective as the 3mg doses of other brands. I take 1mg every evening, as so does my German Shepherd. It helps us sleep through the night. We chose this brand because it’s clean and simple.
